If you need to cancel/ reschedule in this 24-hour window, 100% of services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. If you will be late to your appointment, please contact us. Arriving late may require rescheduling your appointment. If this happens, the card on file will be charged 100% of scheduled service(s).
